I love a salty savory cocktail and this one is one repeat in my world. Buy good gin and good anchovies! Makes a big difference!
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/4 ounce olive brine
Garnish: The Gilda*
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a Gilda. (a Gilda is a Spanish Pintxo – Skewered pickled peppers, anchovies, and manzanilla olives!)
