I love a salty savory cocktail and this one is one repeat in my world.  Buy good gin and good anchovies!  Makes a big difference!



Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/4 ounce olive brine

Garnish: The Gilda*

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a Gilda. (a Gilda is a Spanish Pintxo – Skewered pickled peppers, anchovies, and manzanilla olives!)
